सरकार “विकल्प रहित संकल्प” के ध्येय वाक्य पर काम कर रही -धामी
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड देवभूमि के साथ-साथ सैनिक बाहुल्य क्षेत्र है। यहां के सौहार्द पूर्ण माहौल को बिगाड़ने की इजाजत किसी को नहीं दी जाएगी। राज्य में समान नागरिक संहिता को लागू किए जाने को लेकर जल्द ही एक उच्च स्तरीय समिति का गठन किया जाएगा।
शनिवार को मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी पौड़ी जनपद के विकासखंड थलीसैंण के पीठसैंण पहुंचे। यहां उन्होने पेशावर कांड के महानायक वीर चंद्र सिंह गढ़वाली जी की स्मृति में आयोजित क्रांति दिवस मेले का शुभारंभ किया। इस दौरान उन्होने गढ़वाली जी की प्रतिमा पर पुष्पांजलि अर्पित करते हुए उनके आदर्शाे पर चलने का आहवान भी किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने वीर चंद्र सिंह गढ़वाली क्रांति दिवस मेले को राजकीय मेला घोषित किए जाने , थलीसैण में वाहन पार्किंग निर्माण की स्वीकृति , श्रीनगर विधानसभा के अन्तर्गत कच्ची सड़कों का डामरीकरण की स्वीकृति ,देवराड़ी देवी मैदान (बूंगीधार )चौथान में मिनी स्टेडियम का निर्माण, चौरीखाल से कफल्ड मुसेटी लामसेम बैंड थलीसैंण तक सड़क का निर्माण कार्य किए जाने की घोषणा की। इस दौरान उन्होंने किशोरी एवं महालक्ष्मी किट के लाभार्थियों को किट वितरित किए ।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने भगवान बिनसर की भूमि को नमन करते हुए कहा कि वीरो की भूमि पर दोबारा आने का मौका मिला है । हमारे शहीदों के परिश्रम, बलिदान, संघर्ष को आने वाली पीढ़ी जाने इसके लिए इस तरह के कार्यक्रम होने जरूरी हैं ।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार “विकल्प रहित संकल्प” के ध्येय वाक्य पर काम कर रही है। जो घोषणा पूर्व में की गई हैं उनके शासनादेश भी जारी हो रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी का उत्तराखंड से विशेष लगाव है। उनके नेतृत्व में यह दशक उत्तराखंड का दशक होगा। रजत जयंती के अवसर पर उत्तराखंड देश का सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य होगा। उन्होंने कहा हमारा राज्य हर क्षेत्र में आगे बढ़े, इसके लिए सरकार निरंतर विकास कार्य कर रही है। आयुष्मान योजना से उत्तराखंड में करीब 5 लाख से ज्यादा लोगों को जोड़ा गया है। वही गरीब कल्याण अन्न योजना ने कोरोना काल में भी किसी गरीब को भूखा नहीं सोने दिया। उन्होंने सितंबर माह तक इस योजना को बढ़ाए जाने पर प्रधानमंत्री जी का धन्यवाद किया ।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि राज्य में भ्रष्टाचार को खत्म करने हेतु एवं भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त राज्य बनाने हेतु 1064 नंबर लांच किया गया है जिस पर कोई भी नागरिक भ्रष्टाचार से संबंधित अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करा सकता है। उन्होंने कहा इस संबंध में भ्रष्टाचार पर अभी तीन बड़ी कार्यवाही की गई है , जबकि कई शिकायतें सर्विलांस पर हैं। उन्होंने कहा हमारे वादे के अनुसार हम यूनिफॉर्म सिविल कोड जल्द ही उत्तराखंड में लागू करेंगे। पर्यावरण मित्रों का एक दिन का मानदेय बड़ाकर 500 रुपए कर दिया है। नए बजट में सरकार ने गरीब परिवारो हेतु एक साल में तीन सिलेंडर मुफ़्त देने का वादा किया है जो पूरा किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा राज्य सरकार ने उत्तराखंड में वृद्घावस्था पेशन योजना पर बड़ा फैसला लेते हुए अब पति-पत्नी दोनों को वृद्घावस्था पेंशन योजना का लाभ दिया हैं। उन्होंने कहा हमारी सरकार ने आगनबाडी कार्यकत्री भोजन माता पीआरडी जवान , उपनल कर्मचारी, ग्राम प्रधान जैसे विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में कार्य करने वाले जनप्रतिनिधियों, कर्मचारियों को दी जाने वाली राशि में भी इजाफा किया है।
उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत ने कहा कि बूंगीधार में स्थित चिकित्सालय का उच्चीकरण किया जाएगा। कहा कि थलीसैंण अल्ट्रासाउड, गाइनो के अलावा कई चिकित्सीय सुविधा उपलब्ध करा दी गई है। इससे पूर्व मुख्य मंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने किशोरी रक्षा किट का वितरण किया । देश पर प्राण न्यौछावर करने वाले शहीदों के परिजनों तथा स्वतंत्रता सैनानियों को शॉल ओढाकर सम्मानित किया। इस मौके पर पौड़ी विधायक राजकुमार पोरी, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष शांति देवी, जिलाधिकारी डा. विजय कुमार जोगदंडे, एसएसपी यशवंत सिंह चौहान, सीडीओ प्रशांत कुमार आर्य, ब्लाक प्रमुख थलीसैंण मंजू रावत, मनमोहन सिंह आदि शामिल थे।
