प्रदेश के बेरोजगारों को मिली बड़ी राहत
50 लाख तक के कार्यों के लिए अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र की अनिवार्यता समाप्त कर दिया तोफा
देहरादून। प्रदेश के सिंचाई मंत्री श्री सतपाल महाराज ने गुरुवार को प्रदेश के बेरोजगारों को एक बड़ा तोहफा देते हुए 50 लाख तक की निविदा हेतु लिए जाने वाले अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र की अनिवार्यता को समाप्त कर दिया है।
प्रदेश के सिंचाई मंत्री श्री सतपाल महाराज ने कहा कि सिंचाई विभाग में निविदा प्रक्रिया के तहत प्रदेश के बेरोजगार नवयुवकों की सहभागिता को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रचलित निविदा प्रणाली में संशोधन किया गया है।
श्री महाराज ने कहा कि सिंचाई विभाग में निविदा प्रक्रिया के तहत प्रदेश के बेरोजगारों को रोजगार देने के साथ-साथ अधिक से अधिक सहभागिता, क्षमता, संवर्धन, पारदर्शिता एवं प्रतिस्पर्धा सुनिश्चित करने हेतु प्रचलित निविदा प्रणाली के निर्माण कार्यों से संबंधित प्रावधानों में संशोधन किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि टर्नओवर हेतु पूर्व में निर्धारित 50 लाख तक की निविदा हेतु निविदा दाता का टर्नओवर लिए जाने के प्रावधान को समाप्त कर दिया गया है।
श्री महाराज ने बताया कि अब 50 लाख तक की निविदा हेतु अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र की भी आवश्यकता नहीं है उसे अब समाप्त कर दिया गया है।
सिंचाई मंत्री ने कहा कि ई-निविदा, टू-बिद सिस्टम के अनुसार 50 लाख से अधिक के कार्यों के संबंध में ही की जाएगी और यह आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू माने जाएंगे।
