दिल्ली। पांच राज्यों के विधानसभा चुनावो में कांग्रेस को तीन राज्यों में करारी हार का सामना करना पड़ा है. इन राज्यों में भाजपा ने कांग्रेस का सूपड़ा साफ कर दिया है. लगभग हर चुनावी विश्लेषक यह मानकर चल रहे थे की छतीसगढ़ तो कांग्रेस का मजबूत किला है और उसे डहाना बेहद मुश्किल है लेकिन भाजपा ने यह भ्रम भी तोड़ दिया.
कांग्रेस की हार का सबसे बड़ा कारण है उसका कमजोर संगठन शक्ति. एक जमाने में कांग्रेस के तीन स्तंभ पूरे जोश के साथ उसकी मदद किया करते थे. उनमें एन एस यू आई, युवा कांग्रेस, कांग्रेस सेवा दल. इसके अतिरिक्त कांग्रेस ने ग्रामीण और शहरी क्षेत्रों मे भी मजदूरों , अनुसूचित जाति/जन जाति और आम लोगों के लिये भी कुछ संगठन बनाये थे. ये संगठन मजबूती से कांग्रेस का साथ दिया करते थे. अब यह संगठन मृत प्राय:हो चुके है. इनमें कोई जान नही है. न ही पिछले कई सालों से इन पर कोई विशेष ध्यान दिया जा रहा है.
अब तीन राज्यों की चर्चा कर लेते है. पहला राज्य मध्य प्रदेश है जहाँ पिछली बार कांग्रेस को विजय श्री मिली थी परंतु एक वर्ष बाद कुछ कांग्रेसी विधायकों ने पाला बदलकर भाजपा की सरकार बनवा दी थी. अबकी बार चुनाव के शुरू मे कांग्रेस ने जोर शोर से प्रचार अभियान शुरू किया लेकिन कमलनाथ के अडीयल रवैये और अहंकार की वजह से सब कुछ खत्म हो गया. कमलनाथ ने अपनी मर्जी से टिकट बांटे और दादागिरी दिखाकर अखिलेश की समाजवादी पार्टी को पांच सीट भी देने से साफ मना कर दिया. राहुल गाँधी और खड़गे जी से भी जोर देकर अपनी बातें मनवा ली. दिग्विजय सिंह से भी मन मुटाव रहा लेकिन बाद में कुछ सीटें उन्हे भी दे दी गई. कमलनाथ ने अपने बेटे के सिवा नई पीढी के किसी भी नेता को आगे नही बढ़ाया. पैसे का घमंड उसके सिर पर चढ़कर बोलता है लेकिन आम लोगों पर उसकी पकड़ ढीली है. हालांकि वह अपने खास विधायकों की पैसे से भी मदद करता है. आम लोगों से मिलना जुलना उसे खास पसंद नही इसके विपरीत शिवराज सिंह चौहान काफी लोकप्रिय है .आम लोगों, महिलाओं और नव युवकों से उनका खासा लगाव व मेल मिलाप है. उनकी कड़ी मेहनत और लगन ने उन्हे सफलता दिलाई है. उनका जन संपर्क अभियांन काबले तारीफ है.
जहाँ तक राजस्थान की बात है वहाँ मुख्यमंत्री और सचिन पायलट मे संबंध अच्छे नही रहे है और हर पांच साल बाद वहाँ बदलाव होता ही है. मुख्यमंत्री गहलोत् ने काम तो अच्छा किया लेकिन जन जन तक अपने कामों के बारे में बताने में बिफल रहे. छत्तीसगढ़ में कांग्रेस अपने अति उत्साह से मार खा गई. शुरू मे मेहनत की लेकिन बाद में पकड़ ढीली हो गई और गलत फहमी का शिकार होकर हार गई. मिजोराम एक छोटा राज्य है वहाँ स्थानीय दलों को ही ज्यादा महत्व दिया जाता हैं. कांग्रेस की वहाँ कुछ ज्यादा सीटें आ सकती हैं.
तेलंगाना मे ही कांग्रेस को बहुमत मिला है, यही उसके लिए संतोष की बात है. अब केवल वहीं उसकी सरकार बनेगी. एक तरह से देखा जाये तो उतर भारत में भाजपा का ही बोलबाला है और कांग्रेस की दक्षिणी भारत में स्थिति अच्छी है.
अब लगभग 6 महीने बाद लोकसभा चुनाव है. उसमें कांग्रेस को जमीनी नेताओं को चुनाव में उतारना होगा ,समाज के सभी तबको को साथ लेकर चलना होगा , अपनी नीतियों को जन जन तक पहुँचाना होगा और संगठन मे ऊर्जा भरकर उसे मजबूत करना होगा.
यह आवश्यक है कि कांग्रेस महंगाई, बेरोजगारी, गरीबी ,आर्थिक बदहाली, महिलाओं की जीवन के हर क्षेत्र में भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करे , उसे प्रचारित करे और ‘इंडिया गठबंधन को मजबूती प्रदान करे और बड़े भाई बनने के बजाये सबको सहयोग दे और सबका सहयोग ले भी.
