देहरादून । राष्ट्रपति भारत श्रीमती द्रोपदी मुर्मू के जनपद में भ्रमण कार्यक्रम की तैयारियों को लेकर जिलाधिकारी श्रीमती सोनिका ने कार्यक्रम स्थल पुलिस लाईन रेसकोर्स ग्राउंड का स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लेते हुए सम्बंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए। इसके उपरान्त जिलाधिकारी ने आवागमन रूट का निरीक्षण करते हुए सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को सुगम व्यवस्थाएं बनाने के निर्देश दिए।
जिलाधिकारी ने कार्यक्रम स्थल पर विभिन्न व्यवस्था, साफ सफाई, प्रोटोकॉल के अनुसार सीटिंग व्यवस्था बनाने एवं कार्यक्रम स्थल पर समुचित व्यवस्था को समय से पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। जिलाधिकारी ने माननीय राष्ट्रपति के आवागम रूट से लेकर कार्यक्रम स्थल तक की जाने वाली सम्पूर्ण व्यवस्था एवं सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को चाक चौबंद बनाने के निर्देश दिए। जिलाधिकारी ने कार्यक्रम स्थल पर साज सज्जा,रंगरोगन सौंदर्यीकरण कार्य को समय से पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। इस अवसर पर वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक अजय सिंह, अपर जिलाधिकारी वित्त एवं राजस्व रामजीशरण शर्मा, पुलिस अधीक्षक यातायात सर्वेश पंवार, नगर मजिस्ट्रेट प्रत्यूष सिंह, सहित संबंधित विभागों एवं पुलिस के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
