देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सोमवार को बलरामपुर हाउस नैनीताल में हिमश्री फिल्म और डिज्नी़हॉटस्टार के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में बन रही वेबसीरीज ‘काफल’ की टीम को शुभकामनाएं दी। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह उत्तराखंड के लिए गर्व का विषय है कि काफल के सम्पूर्ण पौष्टिक गुणों को समेटते हुए उत्तराखंड की वास्तविकता को काफल वेबसीरिज में दर्शाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि सिनेमा समाज का दर्पण होता हैं जो उस क्षेत्र विशेष की समस्त गतिविधियों को फिल्म के जरिए आम जन के सम्मुख रखता है। उत्तराखंड अपनी नैसर्गिक सुंदरता, हिमालय पर्वत एवं नदियों से आच्छादित है उसी तरह यह वेबसीरीज अपने नाम के समान पहाड़ की भौगोलिक, सामाजिक, आधुनिक और सांस्कृतिक समरसता को समेटे हुए है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने फिल्म निर्माताओं से उत्तराखंड की हसीन वादियों में आकर प्राकृतिक वातावरण का भरपूर लाभ उठाने के साथ ही फिल्म बनाने की अपील की है। उन्होंने कहा कि हाल ही में सरकार को बेस्ट फिल्म फ्रेंडली स्टेट का अवार्ड मिला है। सरकार द्वारा ऑनलाइन अनुमति की व्यवस्था की गई है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इसके लिए राज्य सरकार अन्य राज्यों की फिल्म पॉलिसी का भी अध्ययन कर अधिक बेहतर बनाने की दिशा में कार्यरत और प्रयासरत है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा कुमाऊंनी, गढवाली एवं जौनसारी फिल्मों, वैबसीरीज आदि के लिए 50 प्रतिशत सबसीडी स्वीकृत की गई है। इससे स्थानीय कला एवं संस्कृति को बढावा मिलेगा साथ ही अनेक क्षेत्रों मे रोजगार का भी सृजन होगा। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि देश में उत्तराखण्ड शूटिंग के लिए एक प्रमुख स्थान बन चुका है। आने वाले वर्षो में और अधिक फिल्मों का निर्माण उत्तराखण्ड में होने से होटल व्यवसायी के साथ ही पर्यटन व्यवसाय से जुडे लोगों, टैक्सी कारोबारी व गाइडों को फायदा होगा।
