जिलाधिकारी ने अपर जिला मजिस्टेªट, नगर मजिस्टेªट, उप जिलाधिकारियों एवं तहसीलदारों को अपनी-अपनी कोर्ट में लम्बित वादों को निस्तारण हेतु सप्ताह में 02 दिन अनिवार्य रूप से कोर्ट लगाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने निर्देशित किया कि कोर्ट में 03 से 05 वर्ष तक के वादों को प्राथमिकता के साथ अभियान चलाकर निस्तारण करना सुनिश्चित करें। साथ ही निर्देशित किया कि धारा 33,39व41 के प्रकरणों को अभियान चलाकर निस्तारण करना सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने धारा 143, 144 के वादों के निस्तारण कार्यों में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने सभी उप जिलाधिकारी अपनी न्यायालय में अविवादित विरासत के प्रकरणों को समयबद्ध निस्तारण करने, भरपोषण के समस्त वादों को एक सप्ताह में निस्तारित करने, तथा अपने स्तर से भी वादों की निस्तारण की समीक्षा करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने सभी उप जिलाधिकारियों को अपने-2 क्षेत्र में सीलिंग की भूमि मौका मुआवना कर राजस्व अभिलेखों से मिलान कर आख्या प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने उप जिलाधिकारी चकराता को निर्देशित किया कि चकराता, कालसी,त्यूनी में वादों को प्राथमिकता के साथ निस्तारित करें।
