नई शराब नीति पर हरीश रावत का तंज
देहरादून: उत्तराखंड में शराब से राजस्व को बढ़ाने के लिए तैयार की गई नई आबकारी नीति शराब के शौकीनों को कुछ खास अधिकार देने जा रही है।
हालांकि नई आबकारी नीति 2023- 24 कुछ समय पहले ही लागू हो चुकी है, लेकिन इस नीति के तहत घर पर भी बार खोलने का पहला लाइसेंस अब जारी हुआ है। दरअसल नई आबकारी नीति के तहत लोगों को घर पर बार लाइसेंस खोलने का अधिकार दिया गया है। इसके लिए लोगों को नीति में दिए गए कुछ औपचारिकताओं को पूरा करना होगा और इन्हें पूरा करने के बाद आबकारी विभाग निजी उपयोग के लिए बार का लाइसेंस जारी करेगा।
लाइसेंस लेने वाले को देनी होगी प्रतिवर्ष ₹12000 फीस: आबकारी नीति के तहत निश्चित मात्रा में ही बार लाइसेंस लेने वाला व्यक्ति अपने घर में शराब रख सकता है।
नियम के अनुसार लाइसेंस लेने वाले व्यक्ति को इसके लिए प्रतिवर्ष ₹12000 फीस देनी होगी। साथ ही बनाए गए बार परिसर में वह निजी रूप से ही शराब का उपयोग कर सकता है। इसके अलावा लाइसेंस धारी को एक शपथ पत्र इस बात का भी देना होगा कि बार परिसर में 21 साल से कम उम्र का कोई व्यक्ति प्रवेश नहीं करेगा।
लाइसेंस में शराब की मात्रा निश्चित: निजी उपयोग के लिए दिए जाने वाले इस लाइसेंस में शराब की मात्रा को भी निश्चित किया गया है. इसमें भारत में निर्मित शराब की मात्रा 9 लीटर रखी गई है, जबकि विदेशी मदिरा इंपोर्टेड को 18 लीटर तक रखा जा सकता है. साथ ही 9 लीटर वाइन और 15.6 लीटर बीयर भी लाइसेंसधारी रख सकता है।

जिला आबकारी अधिकारी राजीव चौहान ने बताया कि नई आबकारी नीति में घर में बार खोलने का लाइसेंस देने का प्रावधान किया गया है. जिसके तहत लोग ऑनलाइन बार का लाइसेंस लेने के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
