स्वास्थ्य सचिव ने परखी पौड़ी में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं की जमीनी हकीकत, खामियों पर लगाई अधिकारियों को फटकार
पौड़ी गढ़वाल । जनपद में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं और डेंगू महाअभियान की जमीनी हकीकत जानने स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ० आर० राजेश कुमार आज पौड़ी जनपद के अपने एक दिवसीय दौरे पर हैं। इस दौरान स्वास्थ्य सचिव ने जिला चिकित्सालय पौड़ी के साथ सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र पाबौ, सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र पैठाणी, प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र तिरपालीसैण व सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र थलीसैण का निरीक्षण किया गया। इस दौरान स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं में सुधार के निर्देश दिये साथ ही अस्पतालों में अव्यवस्थाओं पर नाराजगी जाहिर करते हुए जल्द सुधार के निर्देश दिये। पौड़ी जिला चिकित्सालय में विभिन्न जांच रिपोर्ट के आंकड़ों का लेखा-जोखा व्यवस्थित रूप में नहीं रखने पर सचिव स्वास्थ्य ने सीएमएस को फटकार लगाते हुए जांच रिपोर्ट के आंकड़ों को रजिस्टर में व्यवस्थित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ आर राजेश कुमार ने आज पीपीपी मोड में संचालित जिला चिकित्सालय पौड़ी का निरीक्षण किया गया। स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ आर राजेश कुमार द्वारा जिला चिकित्सालय में डेंगू वार्ड,सिटी स्कैन,पैथोलॉजी लैब, एक्स-रे कक्ष औषधि भंडार चंदन डायग्नोसिस द्वारा संचालित पैथोलॉजी लैब का निरीक्षण किया गया। उनके द्वारा चिकित्सालय वार्ड में भर्ती मरीजों उनके तीमारदारों से चिकित्सालय की व्यवस्थाओं के बारे में जानकारी ली जिसमें चिकित्सालय में भर्ती अनीता रावत ने चिकित्सालय की व्यवस्थाओं को लेकर कहा की यहां पर हमें उपचार मिल रहा है। उनके द्वारा डेंगू वार्ड में भर्ती मरीजों से भी बात कर उनके उपचार को लेकर चिकित्सालय प्रशासन से बात की। चिकित्सालय के केंद्रीय औषधि भंडार के निरीक्षण के दौरान सचिव स्वास्थ्य ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए की जिन दवाओं की एक्सपायरी अगले माह नवंबर में निर्धारित है, उनका समय पर डिस्पोजल करना सुनिश्चित करें। चिकित्सालय में भर्ती डेंगू के तीन मरीजों की एलिसा रिपोर्ट मांगे जाने पर स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों द्वारा रिपोर्ट का रजिस्टर मेंटेन नहीं पाया गया वहीं डेंगू की एलिसा रिपोर्ट मोबाइल फोन पर रिपोर्ट दिखाई गई। जिस पर सचिव स्वास्थ्य ने नाराजगी व्यक्त करते हुए सीएमएस डॉ० ए० तिवारी को सभी जांच रिपोर्ट के आंकड़ों को रजिस्टर में व्यवस्थित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
पीपीपी मोड में संचालित जिला चिकित्सालय की व्यवस्थाओं को लेकर उनके द्वारा संतोष जताया गया। उनके द्वारा कहा गया कि जिला चिकित्सालय वर्ल्ड बैंक द्वारा दिसंबर 2024 तक संचालित रहेगा उनके द्वारा कहा गया कि चिकित्सालय के संबंध में जो भी शिकायतें होगी उनको मॉनिटर कर व्यवस्थाएं दुरुस्त करने के प्रयास किए जाएंगे। उनके द्वारा डेंगू के संबंध में एलाइजा कलेक्शन की रिपोर्ट रेगुलर मेंटेन करने हेतु चिकित्सा अधीक्षक को निर्देशित किया। महिला वार्ड में भर्ती मरीजों से संवाद करते हुए स्वास्थ्य सचिव ने चिकित्सालय में दी जा रही स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को लेकर मरीजो से फीडबैक लिया। फीडबैक में मरीजों द्वारा चिकित्सालय की स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को लेकर संतोष व्यक्त किया गया।
उनके द्वारा कहा गया कि भले ही जिला चिकित्सालय पीपीपी मोड में संचालित होने के बावजूद स्वास्थ्य विभाग का इसके संचालन में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है। आमजन को चिकित्सालय में किसी भी प्रकार की अव्यवस्थाओं का सामना ना करना पड़े इसके लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा लगातार चिकित्सालय में मौजूद व्यवस्थाओं की मॉनिटरिंग की जाती है। इसके साथ ही द्वारा कहा गया की जनपद में डेंगू के केस लगातार घट रहे हैं अभी उत्तराखंड में 340 एक्टिव केस हैं। स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा डेंगू नियंत्रण के लिए महा अभियान संचालित किया जा रहा है। जिसमें नगर निगम के साथ ही जिला प्रशासन के सहयोग से घर-घर जाकर डेंगू सोर्स रिइंडक्शन कार्यवाही की जा रही है। जिससे डेंगू के केसों में लगातार कमी आ रही है। जिला चिकित्सालय में निरीक्षण के दौरान अपर जिलाधिकारी ईला गिरी, चिकित्सा अधीक्षक डॉ कुमार आदित्य तिवारी, मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ रमेश कुंवर, एम० एस० महंत इंद्रेश चिकित्सालय देहरादून डॉ०विजय, मंहत चिकित्सालय के मैनेजर प्रमोद चैहान, जिला कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक राजीव रावत व अन्य अधिकारी कर्मचारी मौजूद रहे।
