दिल्ली। भारी बरखा के कारण हिमाचल में हुई त्रासदी ने सदियों का रिकार्ड तोड़ दिया है। बहुत से बजुर्गो और पुराने लोगों का कहना है कि हिमाचल में ऐसी भयंकर प्राकृतिक आपदा पिछले 80 वर्षों में नही आई जिसने प्रदेश के जन मानस को हिला कर रख दिया है। कई गांव और शहर बुरी तरह प्रभावित है। हर जिला प्रकृति की यह मार झेल रहा है। बड़े खेद की बात है इतनी बड़ी त्रासदी और भारी नुक्सान होने पर भी केंद्र vसरकार ने अभी तक हिमाचल को आपदा राज्य घोषित नही किया है लेकिन राजस्थान सरकार ने हिमाचल को 15 करोड़ रुपए सहयोग राशि के रूप में देने का संकल्प लिया है। हिमाचल को राज्य सरकार आपदा राज्य घोषित कर रही है। हालांकि यह काम केंद्र सरकार को करना था लेकिन अभी तक केंद्र ने यह घोषणा नही की। इस विषय में मुख्यमंत्री का साथ पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री शांता कुमार ने दिया। उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि बिना किसी लाग लपेट के हिमाचल को केंद्र सरकार आपदा राज्य घोषित करे और आवश्यक सहायता प्रदान करें।
ज्ञात हो की हिमाचल प्रदेश मे बादल फटने और भू-स्खलन के कारण भारी जान माल का नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा है। भवन, इमारते, मन्दिर, लोगों के खेत, बगीचे और घर ताश के पतों की तरह ढह गये। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश मे 10 हजार करोड़ रुपए का नुक्सान हुआ है।
हिमाचल प्रदेश से बीजेपी के चार सांसद है। सुखु ने उन पर काफी नाराजी व्यक्त की और कहा कि उन्होंने न तो संसद मे राज्य की आपदा को लेकर कोई सवाल पूछा और न ही केंद्र सरकार से राज्य को अंतरिम राहत जारी करने के लिये कोई ठोस दवाब बनाया। उन्होंने यहाँ तक कह डाला कि वह सता सुख भोग रहे है। हिमाचल के एक सांसद बीजेपी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष है और दूसरे बड़े केंद्रीय मंत्री है। अभी पता चला है की यह मंत्री और सांसद हिमाचल का दौरा बहुत जल्दी करेंगे। आपदा पीड़ित लोगो के लिये सरकार ने फिल्हाल फौरी राहत देने की घोषणा की है ।
